عندي إستفسار بخصوص الفرق بين هاتين الجملتين :
it is considered that accident will be completed in visual reference to the ground
it is considered that accident can be made with visual reference to the ground
بغض النظر عن منطقية الجملة .. أريد معرفة الفرق بين العبارة will be completed in والعبارة can be made with
هل تأثر المعنى وأختلف ؟
هل يوجد فرق بينهما أم لا ؟
