ماذا يعني هذا المصطلح "raw intelligenec" ?

Raw intelligenec

يمكن أن يترجم في ميدان العمل الأستخباراتي على أنها:
أستخبارات قليلة التجربة.
وكذلك في مجال الفطنة والذكاء يمكننا القول( ذكاء غير مصقول أو غير مهذب ) أي أن الشخص رغم أنه ذكي ولكن ذكائه وخبرته يحتاجان ألى صقل.

Raw intelligence تعني الذكاء الفطري. الذكاء الذي يتوفر عليه الانسان بدون معرفة مسبقة بموضوع ما.

إذا كانت (RAW) بأحرف كبيرة، فإن (RAW intelligence) هو جهاز "جناح البحث والتحليل"، وهو الإسم الذي يطلق على وكالة المخابرات الخارجية الهندية، و (RAW) مختصر لـ (Research and Analysis Wing). وهذا الجهاز أنشيء عام 1968، عقب الحربين: الهندية الصينية عام 1962، والهندية الباكستانية عام 1965. ومسؤوليته تنحصر في جمع المعلومات ومكافحة ما يسمى الإرهاب والعمليات السرية، ويعد من أقوى 10 أجهزة مخابرات في العالم لعام 2011.

The Research and Analysis Wing [RAW] is India's foreign intelligence agency.
Most available information about the RAW is largely speculative. Relative to other intelligence agencies of comparable size, the RAW maintains a very low media profile and is largely ignored by Indian writers, filmmakers and the general public. It reports directly to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and its operations and structure are not revealed to Parliament. Even its name and legal status are rather unusual - unlike the CIA, the RAW is not an "agency", but a "wing" of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India responsible for "research" (gathering of raw intelligence) and "analysis" (organizing information and drawing conclusions for presentation to the PMO).
