This is a booklet of slang expressions used in USA. Actually these terms are a common problematic area for translators -specially beginners- because they take you more than time, effort and dictionaries to translate them, due to the special cultural and sociological taste they involve. A good translator is that who can understand and express the cultural and situational taste to the reader of his translation. This Is a small book, but a serviceable one. Enjoy it.

In fact , we have been having fun translating the British and American idioms started a year ago by Sameer

Why don't you browse through Sameer's topics and start a new series for the American Slang languge ؟

I guess it will be a great fun when all participate in an attempt to revive forums and translate expressions to the closest possible Arabic usage
