كثيرا ما نواجه موضوع الأثر الرجعي في المجال القانوني اورد لكم بعض الأمثلة:
Retrospective effect // (also retroactive) الأثر الرجعي

Meaning :(about a new law, rule, etc.) intended to take effect from a particular date in the past

rather than from the present date:



Retrospective pay awards retrospective legislation

Retrospectively (also retroactively) adverb:



Example: The new rule will be applied retroactively._

The new raise of salary will be valid with retroactive effect.
