could you plz help me translating the following terms in Arabic- financial-
margin payment : and its definition is
(38) ''margin payment'' means, for purposes of the forward contract provisions of this title, payment or deposit of cash, a security or other property, that is commonly known in the forward contract trade as original margin, initial margin, maintenance margin, or variation margin, including mark-to-market payments, or variation payments;

what is the meaning of the following phrase

" all payments by the borrower to the lender of amounts due hereunder shall be made in freely convertible and transferable euro in Vienna " part of loan agreement

مُـقَدّم الدفع ، بفتح الدال و تشديدها و التي تعتبر كضمان لاتمام عقد البيع و الذي يتضمن بعض المصروفات الاضافية كالصيانة و التسليم و خلافه .
