In line with the subject, during the meeting held in our Germa Office with you, AECOM and HIB, we have been requested to provide you the housing projects locations in each city as sketch.

Therefore, we have prepared all our cities which have the housing project inside or outside of their master plan boundary for your review.

Even though, it is clear to us with your answer to our RFI and GECOL statement as whether inside or outside of the city boundary Cengiz will perform the infrastructure works in housing project, we need a clear statement from our valuable Owner HIB regarding the matter.


Thus, we kindly request you to finalize the subject with AECOM and HIB and allow us to have a clear statement about the matter that CENGIZ LIBYA is to perform the infrastructure works in housing project areas.

Additionally, we still have not received minutes of meeting notes of the above mentioned monthly meeting held on the date of 13.10.2009, please issue the minutes of meeting in due course to us.
