هذه اللغة التي تعرضت ومنذ فترة زمنية طويلة، إلى محاولات خبيثة متعددة ، ومتعمدة للنيل منها، ومسخ صورتها، بتوقيع أيدي وألسنة أولئك الذين كانت وما تزال تدفعهم حساسيتهم المفرطة، تجاه كل ما يتعلق بهذه اللغة المتميزة بالقدرة على الحياة والنماء عبرالحقب والعصور، وبالصمود والتحدي في مواجهة أعدائها.
وعلى الرغم من كل ذلك، فإنه صارمن واجب كل من يملك مقدرة على الدفع ضد هذا التدهورأن يساهم بما استطاع من مقاومة، وأن يؤيد هذا الكلام ، أو ربما يعتراض عليه ولكن بمسوغات معقولة ومنطقية، وأن يدلي بدلوه في هذا الشأن، الذي بات يركن في دائرة من دوائر المسكوت عنه، وربما تحريم الاقتراب منه ، أوالخوض فيه، بحجة حساسيته وخطورته.

وبهذا الصدد ينبغي التثمين عاليا ذاك القرارالسياسي الصادرمؤخرا عن مجلس الوزراء، الخاص بدعم اللغة العربية والذي أعطى بصيصا من أمل، ورؤية تقترب من الوضوح، لمستقبل اللغة العربية، لأن تتبوأ مكانتها التي تليق بجلالها ومجدها وعلى أرضها، ولكن أين وسائل متابعة تنفيذ محتوى القرار وتطبيق ما ورد فيه ؟!
* لغة الإدارة والاقتصاد والديبلوماسية *
إلا أن القرارالصعب والجريء الذي ماتزال اللغة العربية في انتظاراتخاذه،هو ذاك القرارالتاريخي الذي يمكنها من أن تصبح لغة أولى للاقتصاد وللإدارة، وللديبلوماسية، على غرار بقية لغات العالم السيدة.

وماهي الدوافع التي تجعل الإنسان الجزائري يتخلى طواعيةعن جزء من شخصيته وهويته ؟!
وما هي البواعث التي تدفعه إلى اعتماد هذا السلوك غير الحضاري ؟!
ألا يعد ذلك انفصاما في الشخصية ؟! وطمسا متعمدا لعنصرهام من عناصرهويته ؟! وتشويها ـ بوعي أو بغير وعي ـ لذاتيته الجزائرية؟!
فإن كانت المسألة تتعلق ( بغنيمة حرب ) ـ كما يدعي البعض ـ فلماذا لم تحتفظ الأندلس باللغة العربية كغنيمة حضارة ؟! وقد دامت فيها هذه الحضارة ما يربو عن الثمانية قرون ؟! بينما لم يدم الاستعمار الفرنسي ببلادنا سوى قرن ونيف ، وقد فعلت لغته فينا كل هذه الأفاعيل؟!
فمادامت الأندلس قد أخذت قسطها من الحضارة العربية الإسلامية، ولم تحتفظ بلغة الفاتحين العرب والأمازيغ، لماذا على الجزائر أن تحتفظ بلغة هؤلاء الفرنسيين الذين ما عمروا بلادنا وما حضروها وما طوروها، بل آثارهم تدل عليهم.

والدليل على هذا التخلف ما نعيشه منذ استرجاع الاستقلال من صراع لغوي حاد، معرقل لكل جهود التنمية، ومن فوضى ثقافية، أربكت أفراد المجتمع، وزادت في اتساع رقعة الشرخ الموجود بين الفصائل الثلاث للنخبة الوطنية ، (المعربة والمؤمزغة والمفرنسة).
قلت فكرين مختلفين عربي إفريقي، وفرنسي أوروبي، تطبع وتأثركل منهما بطابع جغرافيا وتاريخ مختلفين، ونستعمل وسيلتين تؤديان وظيفتين مختلفتين أيضا ومتضادتين، إحداهما تدفع بالفرد الجزائري للغرق في بحيرة الاغتراب والاستغراب والاستلاب، وتوفيرعناصرالقابلية للاستعمار، (وهذا ثابت علميا وأظن أنه لامجال فيه للنقاش) ، والأخرى تدعوه للغطس في بحيرة الاستقلالية الثقافية عن الغرب، وإمداده بما يحصن ذاتيته، ويصون كرامته، ويحفظ وجدانه، من مخاطرالذوبان في الآخر.
وإن لم يكن الأمركذلك، فما الجدوى من مساعي أنصارنشرالفرنكفونية في ربوع العالم ؟ والعمل على توسيع مجالات استعمالها في فضاءات خارج وطنها الأم؟ إن لم تكن من أجل استيعاب الآخر، وشل قدراته الفكرية والوجدانية، ومن ثم الهيمنة والسيطرة عليه لابتلاعه!!
إن الحضارات دورات ودول، فالدورالعربي الإسلامي قادم لا محالة بإذن الله ، وتلك سنته في كونه.
فمنطق التاريخ يؤكد أن دورة الحضارة لا يمكن أن تستقرفي مكان وزمان واحد، (وتلك الأيام نداولها بين الناس).

نقول هذا لا لشيء، إلا لكون اللغة العربية ما تزال تبحث عن صاحب قرار شجاع، قد يقضي بقراره ذاك على كثيرمن بؤرالتوتر الاجتماعي والتطاحن السياسي، ويحقق أسمى معاني المصالحة الوطنية المتمثلة أولا في الذات الجزائرية المستقلة، وثانيا في مسألة الانتماء الحضاري للأمة، وفض نزاعات إشكالية الهوية الثقافية، وثالثا في تخليص الأمة الجزائرية من أذرع أخطبوط التبعية اللغوية للغرب.
هذا الغرب الذي لم يستطع حتى اللحظة التخلص من حنينه الاستدماري وعقدة الهزيمة لديه.
إن كل من يبحث له عن أعذارفي هذا الشأن هوواهم، ولم يستفد من دروس التاريخ شيئا.
