المقدمة
تتبع أهمية دراسة الفكر السياسي الإسلامي من عدة اعتبارات. فالفكر السياسي الإسلامي هو جزء من تراث الأمة الإسلامية؛ ويمثل تعبيرا عن تميز تلك الأمة في مواجهات الثقافات الأخرى. كما أن هذه الفكرة من ناحية ثانية، كان ولا يزال يمثل بعد محوريا في الحركة السياسية للأمة الإسلامية. فقد تفاعل هذا الفكر، منذ نشأته، مع الواقع السياسي مقدما اجتهادات لتفسير المبادئ السياسية الإسلامية وتطبيقها في ظروف شديدة التباين زمنانا ومكانا، كما أنه مثل في لحظات معينة أطرأ لترشيد الواقع أو تبريره ، ومن ثم، فإنه يمثل مدخلا مهما لفهم التطور السياسي للأمة الإسلامية، بما في ذلك المشكلات التي واجهها والتصورات التي قدمها هذا الفكر للتعامل مع تلك المشكلات. وأخيرا، فإن الصحوة الإسلامية الراهنة أدت إلى تطوير الفكر السياسي الإسلامي، ليس بهدف إعادة إنتاج الفكر السياسي القديم في بيئة مختلفة، ولكن بهدف استخلاص دلالاته فيما يتعلق بالقضايا الجديدة، كبناء النظام السياسي الإسلامي، وتنظيم العلاقات الدولية الإسلامية (الوحدة الإسلامية، والعلاقة بين الإسلام والقومية، والتعادل مع الغرب). ومن ثم تصبح دراسة هذا الفكر ضرورية للتعامل الرشيد مع التحولات الراهنة التي يشهدها عالمنا وهو على مشارف القرن الحادي والعشرين.

Introduction:
The importance of the Islamic Political Thinking is driven from several considerations as the Islamic political thinking is a part of the legacy of the Islamic nation and it shall be deemed to be a distinction of this nation against the other cultures. On the other hand, it was and still considered an important dimension in the political activity of the Islamic nation. This ideology, since its birth, reacted with the actual politics providing some efforts to explain the Islamic political basics and applying such in very variable conditions on both levels time and place and it is used in specific times to guide the fiction or to justify it, then, it represents an important entrance for to understand the political development of the Islamic nation, including the problems it faced and the images that presented by this ideology to handle such problems. Finally, the current Islamic wakefulness lead to the development of the Islamic thinking, not through the aim of reproduction the old political thinking in a different environment but with the aim of extracting its indications concerning the new issues, such as building the Islamic political system, organizing the international Islamic relations (Islamic unity, the relation between Islam and nationality and dealing with the west). So the study of this ideology is considered necessary for the wise dealing with the current transformations that are witnessed by our world while it is heading towards the twenty one century.

The importance of the Islamic political thought is derived from several considerations; it is an integral part of the legacy of the Islamic nation and, as such, it represents a uniqueness of this nation in the face of other cultures. On the other hand, this thought has been an essential factor in the political movement of the Islamic Nation, for ever since its birth, it has interacted with real politics, endeavoring to explain the Islamic political principles and to apply them in vastly different circumstances, in both time and place... Therefore, it represents a stepping stone toward comprehending the political evolution of the Islamic Nation, including the problems it faced and the visions it provided for tackling those problems. Finally, the current Islamic awakening has led to the development of the Islamic political thought, not for the purpose of re-creating the ancient Islamic thought in a different environment, but for gathering significant elements as regards new issues, such as the construction of an Islamic political system and the regulation of international Islamic relations (Islamic unity, the relationship between Islam and nationalism, and parity with the west.) Hence, the study of the thought becomes a necessity to deal constructively with the current transformations witnessed by our world at the approach of the twenty first century
