هنا سأضيف محاولات البسيطه في الترجمه و التعليم ..
وبعدها انتظر من الآساتذة الكرام النصح والإرشاد والتقييم !
وسأكون شاكره لجهودكم الطيبه بمساعدتي ...

( لا أعلم لما توقفت المحاولات التعليميه في موضوع " ترجمة كل يوم قصيدة " )

أول المحاولات كانت هذة :

بينما كان ميلموث متكئاً على النافذة التي يهتز إطارها المخلع وزجاجها المتناثر المحطم مع كل هبة ريح، لم تبصر عيناه سوى تلك المناظر الكئيبه للجدران المهدمة لتلك الحديقة الجرداء ، ذات الممرات الخالية من الأعشاب الخضراء، وفيها الأشجار الصغيرة الطفيلية غير المورقة، والمحاصيل الوفيرة من نبات القريص والأعشاب الضارة التي ترفع رؤوسها غير المحببة، في المكان الذي كانت فيه ذات مرة أزهار، وهي
تتموج كلها وتنحني بأشكال قبيحة متقلبة كلما تنهدت الريح من فوقها. هنا كانت خضرة ساحة الكنيسة، وحديقة الموت.
التفت يلتمس الطمأنينة في الغرفة، ولم تكن هناك طمأنينة: جدران السنديان الخشبية مجللة بالعتمة والقاذورات وبالتصدعات في أماكن كثيرة، والموقد الحديدي الصدئ لم يعرف توهج النيران المشتعلة، فليس هناك سوى حضورٍ لدخان متجهم كئيب يمر من خلال قضبان قذرة. وثمة كراسي رثة ذات مقاعد جلدية ممزقة وحواف محشوة بالية، لم تفلح المسامير الباقية في أماكنها في الحفاظ على الأغطية التي كانت تثبتها ذات مرة. وهناك قطعة مدخنة شوهت عبر الزمن وليس من الدخان، وهي تبدو للعيان لمجرد الزينة مع فردة من آلة لقطع الجزء المحترق من شمعة. وثمة رزنامة ممزقة لعام 1750 ، وساعة صامتة تحتاج إلى تصليح، ومزلاج صدئ من غير قفل.

شكرا أخت روز على ترجمتك وأستدعائك لي , .. قرأت قسما منها.. العربية جيدة ومتوافقة .
ولكن سأضيف لك قطعة تحت حاولي ترجمتها لأنه أحيانا تكون المعاني سهلة ولكن الصياغة وترتيب الافكار والجمل تكون صعبة وفي أحيان أخرى يجد المترجم صعوبة في الكلمات ولكن الصياغة تكون سهلة .. أتمنى لك الموفقية

كان يحاول الخلاص جاهدا في كل اتجاه ،فيتلوى بجسده ويركل محاولا فك وثاقه ،

كان معلقا بالهواء، فلم يكن هناك القدره للصعود الى الاعلى او النزول الى الاسفل، ولم يكن هناك وجود لاي ضوء او هواء ، فشعر بفمه يفتح من تلقاء نفسه لتنطلق صرخه قويه
" ساعدوني"
وعندما خرج الهواء مع الصراخ ، إمتلاً فمه بالماء الحار جدا ،
فكان شديد الألم كالصخور المؤذيه على حنجرته وفمه .
حاول توجيه جسده اتجاه المكان الذي جاء منه الهواء لكنه توقف الان ، فساد الظلام وهدأت الضوضاء .
فشعر بالذعر وبقي فمه مفتوحاً الى ان اتعبه فكيه .إندفعت الماء بقوة للاسفل وبدون رحمه فصاحبها هبوب الهواء للحظه
مما ساعده على القتال في الاتجاه الصحيح. لكن المياه انعشته حيث استطاع معرفة مكان إختفاء الهواء
او مكان هبوب الهواء)

هنا يا روز أنقلبت عندك الترجمة وضاع المفهوم بسبب عدم معرفة المعنى المناسب لكلمة واحدة فقط وهي الكلمة التي نبتهك عليها ( reclaimed) التي هنا معناها المناسب في القطعة ( أضطره ) ولا يمكن أن يناسبها معنى أخر رغم أستغراب هذا المعنى ولكن هذه هي القطع الأدبية طالما تحتوي على غامض الكلمات وعندما يصعب على المترجم أيجاد المعنى المناسب تضيع الفكرة وتشتت عكس المطلوب ....

هنا كان عندك الخطأ....
((ندفعت الماء بقوة للاسفل وبدون رحمه فصاحبها هبوب الهواء للحظه
مما ساعده على القتال في الاتجاه الصحيح. لكن المياه انعشته حيث استطاع معرفة مكان إختفاء الهواء ))
--------------------------- لا لم تنعشه بل أضطرته نعم أن هذه الكلمة تقال في أستصلاح الارض ولكن هنا غير ذلك .. قد لا تجدي هذا المعنى في أغلب القواميس ولكن أطمئني تماما لما قلته وراجعي جيدا يعني هو الشخص (( غرق ))
تفسير للعبارة:
ولكن تيار الماء أضطره ليلف جسمه حسب طوعه وأختاره مما غرق الشخص .. ونفهم هذه الحقيقة من العبارات السابقة لها كذلك من قوله (( لذا كانت الحقيقة أو المعلومة أن الهواء قد أنمحى وجوده تماما )) وعندما ينقطع الهواء تحت أعماق الماء بلا شك أن الضحية سيموت. وهكذا كان في البداية كان يصارع في كل أتجاه وفي النهاية تغلب عليه الماء .. فقط أرجعي الى هذه الكلمة وستجدين مناسبا ومطابقا لما قلت .. هذه هي الترجمة الأدبية أحيانا يستطيع المترجم صفحة كاملة لا بل صفحات بكل سهولة وأحيانا في مقطع صغير يضيع عليه المعنى ... شكرا لك على المحاولة

ما رأيك لو كان النص الجديد يتناول خطاب سياسي للرئيس الأمريكي أوباما ، لنناقش صياغة تلك الخطابات وأساليب ترجمتها؟

It's Israel who's lost the war, and Bush and Blair for politically organizing the war who've lost politically. This is a defeat of Bush and Blair and Israel. Everybody but you can see it.

So, if that's a success, I'm not sure what failure would look like! The reality is that this conflict would go on. The United Nations resolutions solve nothing! Gives Lebanon nothing! Gives prisoners in Israeli dungeons nothing! And as (Anne Clewd) my erstwhile colleague was just saying, Israel has just kidnapped even more Palestinian politicians, Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, and thousands of others held in Israeli dungeons. This war will continue until the overall settlement is reached. That settlement must mean Israel withdrawal from all occupied territories that it currently hold since the war in 1967, the release of all political prisoners, and a state for the Palestinians with East Jerusalem as its Capital. No justice, no peace! You're not going out as a newscaster in Jerusalem anytime soon, believe me.
يبدو انهم يستطيعون اخفاء جراحاهم بشكل جيد والذي يظهر ذلك على الجانب الاخر من الشاشه استطيع ان اشاهد ذلك ..ربما لا تستطيعين انت مشاهدة ذلك..لكن انا استطيع .
اذا ما تعتبرين ذلك انتصاراً ..فلست متاكدا ما هو معنى الهزيمه
الواقع ان هذا الصراع سيستمر وقرارات الامم المتحده لم تحل شيئاولم تعطي اللبنانين شيئا
ولم تعطي السجناء في الزنازين الاسرائيليه شيئا
وكما قالت زميلتي السابقه آنا كلود...تقوم اسرائيل بخطف الكثير من السياسين الفلسطينين والممثلين الوزاريين واعضاء من البرلمان وهناك الالاف يقبعون في الزنازين الاسرائيليه
هذة الحرب ستستمر حتى يتم التوصل الى تسوية شامله ..
وهذة التسويه تعني انسحاب اسرائيل من جميع الاراضي التي احتلت منذ عام 1967
واطلاق سراح جميع السجناء السياسين ..ووجود دوله للفلسطينين وعاصمتها القدس الشرقيه
دون ان تتم العداله لن يوجد هناك سلام
