* If human beings have secrets to reveal,
language has secrets to conceal.

* Translation remains grim
unless Her nails you trim.

* Language dies when speakers perish,
and becomes a relic for kin tongues that cherish.

* Language remains a virgin soil
unless raped and made to labor and toil.

* Whatever history bottle-feeds remains a draft,
but a mother's breast-feeding history fails to craft.
