(Second Party)
First: The previous part shall be deemed as an integral part of this contract.
Second: The second party shall work for the First Party in the post of (______________). The first party shall have the right to alter the post title or the required tasks pursuant to work requirements provided that it shall be compatible with his qualifications.
Third: The Second Party shall receive a monthly salary of S.R. ___________ ( ________________ Saudi Riyals) at the end of each Gregorian month (including the basic salary, housing allowance, transportation allowance and end of service reward).
Fourth: The First Party shall grant the Second Party an annual one- month paid leave every two contractual working years. The first party shall have the right to determine the date of the leave pursuant to work need.
Fifth: The first party shall, on his own account, grant the second party a one round ticket of discounted tourist class every two contractual years and the route thereof shall be (Jeddah - - Jeddah).
Sixth: The Second Party shall assume work for the First Party as of effective date of this contract.
Seventh: The duration of this contract shall be for two years commencing as of the date this contract, and such period shall be automatically renewed unless either party informs the other party in writing of his desire not to renew the contract a month before the expiry of the contract.
Eighth: The first three months of employment shall be a probation period during which the first party shall have the right to terminate the contract without prior notice or compensation pursuant to the provision of Article (83) of the Saudi Labour & Workmen Law, the second party shall also have the right to terminate the contract after payment of all expenses that the first party has incurred with respect to his employment.
Ninth: The First Party shall bear the fees for renewal of the residence permit and fees of exit -reentry visa for one time every two contractual years. The second party shall bear any other State deductions.
Tenth: Should the Second Party be late for work without any legitimate reason for more than twenty discontinuous days or ten continuous days during the year, the First Party shall have the right to dismiss him provided that it (the dismissal) shall be preceded by a written warning after ten days in the first case and five days in the latter one.
Eleventh: The Second Party shall observe the regulations, customs, traditions and Islamic morals applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Twelfth: The Second Party shall undertake to safeguard the properties of the first party and shall protect the work interests and shall not divulge the secrets. The first party shall have the right to rescind the contract without notice or reward in case of infraction admitted.
Thirteenth: Upon the termination or the rescission of the contract for any reason, the second party shall hand over all documents and monies belonging to the first party and hand over all that is put in his custody during his work to the first party or to anyone delegated by him. He shall obtain a release letter from the first party in order to receive his entitlements from the first party.
Fourteenth: Both parties acknowledge, while in possession of their sound faculties and exchange of offer and acceptance, that they have understood all the articles of this contract and the content of same in the language written thereof or by its special method in a manner that negates any ignorance of the Arabic text and without any objection, challenge and approval thereon.
Fifteenth: The regulations of Labour and Workmen promulgated under Royal Decree No. M/21 dated 6/9/1389H. shall be applicable unless otherwise provided in this contract.
Sixteenth: This contract was drawn in two counterparts of which each party has received a copy thereof.
