    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
    الاستاذ وليد نعمان المحترم
لقد اطلعت على المجموعة الاولى من الاسئلة وساحاول مساعدتك باذن الله

بالنسبة للجملة الاولى فهي صحيحة قواعديا . وكذلك الجملة الثانية فهي صحيحة تطبيقا للقاعدة المرفقة.
اما الجملة الثالثة Would it interest you to come to Art classes next term
فحلها يكون :would you be interested to come to Art classes next term? وذلك لان المطلوب adj والفاعل person لذلك نستخدم interested
الجملة الرابعة: لايجوز استخدام verb to be مع past participleفي جملة المعلوم (verbs to be :is, are, am, was , were be, been تتبع ب(verb +ing) في حالة المعلوم active وتتبع هذه الافعال ب past participle في جملة المجهول passive voice ولاحل الصحيح يجب استخدام have + past participle والحل لهذه الجملة يكون: i have never liked mathematics at school.
الجملة 14: Dean ليس اسما وانما وضيفة لذلك تكون الجملة كما ياتي they were impressed by the Dean's speech
اما بالنسبة لكلمة impressive فهي صفه والفعل impress
الجملة 17: interested ليست فعلا وانما صفة فلذلك اقترح ان يكون الحل :John is not interested in music
الجملة 18: الجملة في حالة passive لذلك يجب ان يحتوي الفعل على احد افعال الكينونة verbs to be + pat pariciple of the verb عندها يكون الحل كما ياتي: i have been puzzled by John's attitude to his wife
الجملة 20 : are these letters absolutely necessary to be answered today في الحقيقة انا اصلح القواعد فقط وذلك لانك لم تذكر ما هو المطلوب في السؤال
ارجو ملاحظة انك استعملت الفعل do في السؤال مع الفعل are وهذا خطا كبير وذلك لان verbs to do ( do, does, did تستخدم مع full verbs فقط في حالة السؤال والنفي

    1. your hair needs to be cut / needs cutting

    2. John's train is likely to be delayed because of the fog.

    3. Do you know the reason why he hadn't telephoned?

    9. there is no point of asking Mr. Simpson to sing at the concert; he is going away.
please be careful in using the titles Mr. , Mrs. Miss and Ms
Mr. is used for males: married or single
Mrs is used for females: married only
Miss is used for females :single
Ms is used for females: single or married and it is pronounced with z

    12. don't forget to add the third person singular s when the subject is sigular ( complains

    13. In my opinion, it isn't worth paying much for that mirror.

    16. to change from active to passive we need one of the verbs to be/ been/ here you have to say:
I have been asked to give the proposal very careful consideration.

be careful in using have and has
has for singular: he, she and it /while have for plural and I

    17. must be shortened not shorten

    19. Sally owes me one hundred pounds to buy that dress.

    20. Should I thaw frozen chicken before cooking it?

    22. to change the sentence from passive to active we need to use the omitted subject

the question) in fact is the object in active sentence and became subject in passive
so i suggest the correct answer to be :
Did they raise the question of traffic control at the council meeting?
or Did the council raise the question of traffic control at the meeting?

    26. The stories Harry tells about his war experience are beyond belief / understanding

Finish each of the following sentences in such
that it means exactly the same as the sentence before it away
