Cultural Cooperation Agreement
Between the Government of the State of Palestine and the Government of the Republic of WATA
The Government of the State of Palestine, and the Government of the Republic of WATA, hereinafter referred to as "the two parties".
Taking into account the existing cooperation relationship between them, realizing the importance of culture in achieving this goal, have agreed as follows:
اتفاقية التعاون الثقافي
بين حكومة دولة فلسطين وحكومة جمهورية واتا
يشار من الآن فصاعدا إلى حكومة دولة فلسطين وحكومة جمهورية واتا بالطرفين".
آخذين بعين الاعتبار علاقات التعاون القائمة بينهما ,وإدراكاً لأهمية الثقافة في تحقيق ما نصبو إليه ,توصلنا إلى الاتفاق على ما يلي:Article 1
The two parties seek furthering and supporting cultural cooperation in a way, which guarantees exchange of cultural and scientific information, activating exchange of intellectual output via national libraries, and cooperation among cultural institutions.
البند 1
يدعم ويعزز الطرفان العلاقات الثقافية بطريقة تضمن تبادل المعلومات الثقافية والعلمية,و يفعلان تبادل النتاج الفكري عبر المكتبات الوطنية والتعاون بين المعاهد الثقافية.
Article 2
The two parties will encourage supporting cultural cooperation in a way ensures exchange of artistic exhibitions, organizing cultural weeks, exchange visits by the artistic and traditional theatrical shows as well as cooperation in arts and sculpture domain.
البند 2
سيشجع الطرفان تعزيز التعاون الثقافي بطريقة تكفل تبادل المعارض الفنية وتنظيم الأسابيع الثقافية ,وتبادل زيارات العروض الفنية والتراثية المسرحية بالإضافة إلى التعاون في مجال الفنون والنحت .
Article 3
The two parties will ensure exchanging of invitations to participate in cultural festivals and events conducted in each country.
البند 3
يضمن الطرفان تبادل الدعوات للمشاركة في المهرجانات والأحداث الثقافية الجارية في كلا البلدين.
Article 4
Both parties will encourage holding mutual plastic art exhibitions, hosting exhibitions and support and encouraging art centers and photography.
البند 4
يساعد كلا الطرفان على إقامة معارض فنية تشكيلية مشتركة, واستضافة ودعم المعارض, وتشجيع مراكز الفن و التصوير الضوئي .
Article 5
The delegating country should bear the outward cost for lading the artistic exhibitions, books and artistic necessities of cultural activities, while the host country should bear lading of the inland costs.
البند 5
على البلد الزائر تحمل النفقات الخارجية لشحن المعارض الفنية ,والكتب والمستلزمات الفنية للنشاطات الثقافية بينما على البلد المضيف تحمل النفقات الداخلية للشحن .
Article 6
The delegating country should bear insurance cost of paintings and all artistic objects that need insurance during the process of lading, while the host country should bear the safety cost of these objects in its lands during the exhibition period.
البند 6
على البلد الزائر تحمل كلفة التأمين على اللوحات وكافة الأشياء الفنية التي تحتاج إلى تأمين خلال عملية الشحن, بينما على البلد المضيف تحمل كلفة سلامة هذه المواد في أراضيها أثناء فترة العرض.
Article 7
The delegating party should bear the travel costs of his delegations, while the host party should bear the costs of accommodation, local transportation and medical care in accordance to the applicable laws in this matter.
البند 7
على الطرف الزائر تحمل نفقات السفر خلال زيارته,بينما على الطرف المضيف تحمل نفقات وسائل الراحة, النقل الداخلي, والرعاية الطبية وفقا للقوانين المطبقة في هذه الحالة.
Article 8
The two parties form a joint committee to implement the provisions of this agreement in order to documentate and develop cultural cooperation, while its meeting will be in occasion's rotation in both countries after decided through diplomatic channels.
البند 8
يشكل الطرفان لجنة مشتركة لتطبيق بنود هذه الاتفاقية لتوثيق وتطوير العلاقات الثقافية , بينما يكون اجتماع اللجنة في دوران بين كلا البلدين بقرار عبر الطرق الدبلوماسية.
Article 9
This agreement will come into force from the date of exchanging its ratified documents in accordance with the constitutional procedures applicable in both countries.
البند 9
تدخل هذه الاتفاقية حيز التنفيذ من تاريخ تبادل وثائقها المصادق عليها بموجب الإجراءات الدستورية المطبقة في كلا البلدين.
Article 10
Termination of this agreement shall not affect the existing or continuing programs and projects established according to its provision.
البند 10
تسري هذه الاتفاقية لمدة ثلاث سنوات,بدءا من فترة التطبيق,قابلة للتجديد لفترة مماثلة أخرى آليا ما لم يبلغ أحد الطرفين كتابيا برغبته على إنهائها قبل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من انتهاء مدتها الأصلية.
This agreement has been issued and signed in ______________ on ___________1430 H coincided with _____/_______/2010, in two original copies in Arabic, French and English languages, all being equally authentic, each party retain a copy. In case of interpretation's divergence, the English text shall prevail.
أبرمت هذه الاتفاقية ووقعت في ______________للهجرة الموافق ل______________ بنسختين أصليتين في اللغات العربية والانكليزية والفرنسية, وكلها أصلية على حد سواء,يحتفظ كل طرف بنسخة.في حال اختلاف التفسير يعتمد النص الانكليزي.
