Cultural Cooperation Agreement
Between the Government of the State of Palestine and the Government of the Republic of WATA
اتفاقية تعاون ثقافي
بين حكومة دولة فلسطين وحكومة جمهورية واتا
The Government of the State of Palestine, and the Government of the Republic of WATA, hereinafter referred to as "the two parties".
سيتم الإشارة إلى كل من حكومة دولة فلسطين وحكومة جمهورية واتا في هذه الوثيقة "بالفريقين".
Taking into account the existing cooperation relationship between them, realizing the importance of culture in achieving this goal, have agreed as follows:
بعد أخذ علاقة التعاون الموجودة بينهما بعين الاعتبار وإدراكاً لأهمية الثقافة في تحقيق هذه الهدف، اتفق الفريقين على ما يلي:
Article 1
The two parties seek furthering and supporting cultural cooperation in a way, which guarantees exchange of cultural and scientific information, activating exchange of intellectual output via national libraries, and cooperation among cultural institutions.
الفقرة الأولى:
يسعى الفريقين لتعزيز ودعم التعاون الثقافي لضمان تبادل المعلومات الثقافية والعلمية وتفعيل تبادل المخرجات الفكرية عبر المكتبات الوطنية بالإضافة إلى التعاون بين المؤسسات الثقافية.
Article 2
The two parties will encourage supporting cultural cooperation in a way ensures exchange of artistic exhibitions, organizing cultural weeks, exchange visits by the artistic and traditional theatrical shows as well as cooperation in arts and sculpture domain.
الفقرة الثانية:
سيشجع كلا الفريقين دعم التعاون الثقافي لضمان تبادل المعارض الفنية وتنظيم الأسابيع الثقافية وتبادل زيارات العروض المسرحية التقليدية والفنية بالإضافة إلى التعاون في ميدان الفنون كالنحت.
Article 3
The two parties will ensure exchanging of invitations to participate in cultural festivals and events conducted in each country.
الفقرة الثالثة
سيضمن الفريقين تبادل الدعوات للمشاركة في المهرجانات الثقافية والأحداث المقامة في كلا البلدين.
Article 4
Both parties will encourage holding mutual plastic art exhibitions, hosting exhibitions and support and encouraging art centers and photography.
الفقرة الرابعة
سيشجع كلا الفريقين عقد معارض الفن التشكيلي المتبادلة واستضافتها ودعم وتشجيع مراكز الفنون والتصوير.
Article 5
The delegating country should bear the outward cost for lading the artistic exhibitions, books and artistic necessities of cultural activities, while the host country should bear lading of the inland costs.
الفقرة الخامسة
يتحمل البلد الزائر التكلفة الخارجية لشحن المعارض الفنية والكتب والضرورات الفنية للنشاطات الثقافية بينما يتحمل البلد المضيف تكلفة الشحن الداخلية في أراضيه.
Article 6
The delegating country should bear insurance cost of paintings and all artistic objects that need insurance during the process of lading, while the host country should bear the safety cost of these objects in its lands during the exhibition period.
الفقرة السادسة
يتحمل البلد الزائر تكلفة التأمين على اللوحات وكل المواد الفنية التي تحتاج التأمين عليها خلال مرحلة الشحن، بينما يتحمل البلد المضيف تكلفة حماية وأمن هذه المواد على أرضها خلال فترة المعرض.
Article 7
The delegating party should bear the travel costs of his delegations, while the host party should bear the costs of accommodation, local transportation and medical care in accordance to the applicable laws in this matter.
الفقرة السابعة:
يتحمل البلد الزائر تكلفة سفر وفوده، بينما يتحمل البلد المضيف تكلفة السكن والمواصلات المحلية والعناية الطبية وفقاً للقوانين المطبقة في هذا المجال.
Article 8
The two parties form a joint committee to implement the provisions of this agreement in order to documentate and develop cultural cooperation, while its meeting will be in occasion's rotation in both countries after decided through diplomatic channels.
الفقرة الثامنة:
سيشكل الفريقين لجنة مشتركة لتنفيذ أحكام هذه الاتفاقية لتوثيق وتطوير التعاون الثقافي، بينما تكون اجتماعاتها بالتناوب في كلا البلدين بعد التنسيق من خلال القنوات الدبلوماسية.
Article 9
This agreement will come into force from the date of exchanging its ratified documents in accordance with the constitutional procedures applicable in both countries.
الفقرة التاسعة:
ستصبح الاتفاقية سارية المفعول بدءاً من تاريخ تبادل الوثائق المصدقة وفقاً للإجراءات الدستورية المطبقة في كلا البلدين.
Article 10
This agreement remain valid for three years, starting from its implementing period, automatically renewable for other similar period unless one of the parties notifies the other in writing of his desire of termination at least three months before the end of its original period.
الفقرة العاشرة
تبقى هذه الاتفاقية صالحة لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ بدء التنفيذ وتجدد تلقائياً لمدة مماثلة أخرى إلا في حال إبلاغ أحد الطرفين الآخر كتابياً برغبته إنهاء الاتفاقية قبل ثلاث شهور من نهاية المدة الأصلية على الأقل.
Termination of this agreement shall not affect the existing or continuing programs and projects established according to its provision.
لن يؤثر إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية على البرامج والمشاريع الموجودة والمستمرة التي تم تأسيسها وفقاً لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية.
This agreement has been issued and signed in ______________ on ___________1430 H coincided with _____/_______/2010, in two original copies in Arabic, French and English languages, all being equally authentic, each party retain a copy. In case of interpretation's divergence, the English text shall prevail.
صدرت هذه الاتفاقية ووقعت في ____________________ هـ الموافق ___________________________م باللغة العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية وكلها نسخ أصلية موثقة ويحتفظ كل فريق بنسخة منها. سيتم اعتماد النسخة الإنجليزية في حال اختلاف التفسيرات.
